We offer 40 minute IN-STUDIO pilates sessions at our fully equipped studio.

Whether you prefer mat or apparatus-based pilates sessions, we’ve got your back. We offer both!

Our apparatus-based workouts include Wunda Chairs, Reformer, Wall Units and Spine correctors.

I prefer smaller groups to allow myself the opportunity to pay each client individual attention, whether we’re doing a mat workout or using small equipment. YOU are my #1 priority.

It does not matter if you’re a beginner or advanced, my classes have modifications to suit YOUR needs.
