How It Works

What do I need to get started?

  1.  A Mat
  2. Space of 2.5 x 2.5 meters in order for the instructor to see you clearly
  3. A device of your choice with a good quality microphone and video: tablet, smartphone or laptop
  4.  Download the ZOOM App
  5.  Register on ZOOM

How to make a booking

  1. Register via Book-A-Mat
  2. Book your time slot and pay
  3. You will receive an email with the link to your ZOOM session
  4. Click on the link before the session starts and ENJOY!
